These are some of the first plastic storage containers I ever purchased. Eventually, everyone resorts to storing things under their bed. Everything from winter clothes to old books and magazines can windup getting shoved into that old and faithful hiding place. We may even fight to resist the urge, knowing that without proper bins, what goes under the bed never comes out. Underbed storage can be more of a time capsule than a legitimate storage place.

With the long, low, and wheeled bins, Rubbermaid underbed storage becomes a nice alternative. What once was a storage Siberia is now as convenient as a chest-of-drawers. Now things that go under the bed also come out.

Another area where I really appreciate what Rubbermaid has to offer is in the kitchen. There used to be a time not too long ago when you had to go to weird parties to buy quality plastic food storage. At these parties you would wind up purchasing all kinds of things you didn't need with those containers which were your soul reason for attending. Rubbermaid changed all that. Now you can get the food storage you need without playing party games and wearing a silly hat.

Rubbermaid also does a bunch of pull out metal mesh drawers for kitchen cabinets that make storage more convenient. Trashcans that slide out from under the kitchen sink are handy and they keep those cans out of the way of the pets. They also offer spice racks that slide out from you cabinet. I like these over the old lazy Susan because you don't have to worry about the log jamming that happens when spices fall off due to centrifugal force.

Rubbermaid offers more things to help you organize your home than we have room to list. Everything from tough three-foot tall stepladders to pest-proof outdoor trash cans save headaches and last a very long time.
