Be it at home or work, you spend a lot of time in your office, and it is sometimes difficult to stay organized.  One way to keep that clutter at bay is with a printer stand.  With so many styles to choose from, you will easily find a printer stand that suits your specific needs.

Get carted away

Printer carts have so many uses and benefits.  If you have multiple computers in different areas of your home or office, this is a great way to avoid purchasing printers for each.  Instead of lugging your printer from room to room, trying carefully not to step on the dangling cords, you can simply roll the entire unit wherever you need it. 

Durable and easy to maneuver, these models slip into your office space and handle your equipment without undo attention.  They also store easily when not in use.  The wide platform on these carts can just as easily accommodate a fax machine, your scanner, and several types of copy machines.  Many offer easy height adjustment to stave off any strain from reaching and bending.

Rise above

For those who either don't have the floor space or who don't want to spend the money for a full stand unit, there are desktop printer stands (sometimes referred to as printer caddies).  These small fixtures free up space by keeping your printer off the surface of the desk (usually about six inches).

Inexpensive and easily portable, these add a touch of warmth to your work space, while still being useful and economically sound.  Choose from solid wood or compressed wood with a laminate finish.
