Currently only offering a few plasma models, Toshiba displays are a standard 42” screen size and boast a superior picture quality that rivals other manufacturer's top lines. The displays themselves are attractive two-toned black and silver bezels. Modern lines make this sleek design a welcome addition to any home theatre or living area.

Toshiba also adds a protective Plexiglas panel along with an ambient light reduction coating. This coating absorbs surrounding ambient light allowing for a more defined image. High black levels and several preset picture options allow a crystal clear high definition display with little to no false contouring. The thin screen measures in at less than 4” thick and is lightweight with a brushed silver table stand that matches the finish on the speakers.

LCD

Toshiba LCD panels are equipped in much the same fashion as the plasma displays. There is a greater range of screen size and models, with features that give the viewer a fantastic picture. Viewing angles are 170 degrees as they are for most LCD models, and most models have built-in tuners and detachable or on board speakers and audio options.

Resolution and signal processors such as the HD Dynamic Contrast system produce rich color and deep tones, constantly analyzing the image and adjusting accordingly. Screen sizes range from 20” to 32” and are quite suited for business applications as well as home entertainment.
