Baby Pillow

Use nursing and infant support pillows while seated for more comfort holding babies for longer time periods. Many have removable covers for easier cleaning and some pillows are also washable. Read and follow washing instructions for baby pillows.

Many crib sets include baby pillows, but are not intended for use while baby sleeps. Important: remember pillows pose a suffocation hazard to infants. Use these kid-sized pillows with toddler beds.

Baby pillows are chiefly ornamental. Some baby pillows are for use during time awake or to position heads in car seats. Be sure to read and understand use instructions for any of these baby products.

Therapeutic baby cushions to prevent developing flat heads have not been proven more effective than altering head positions when putting baby in the crib to sleep. Speak to your infant healthcare professional before purchasing therapeutic cushions.
