Pesto Tomato Sauce - a simple, delicious pasta sauce. Combine two small tomatoes, one cup of parsley or basil, a tablespoon of nuts, a clove of garlic, two tablespoons of olive oil, and an ounce of parmesan. Blend the ingredients until you have a nice, smooth texture. Serve over noodles.

For a yummy peppercorn soup, blend 4 ounces of Monterey Jack cheese, cut into small chunks, with one cup of milk for five to ten seconds. Then, pour the mixture into a saucepan and add one can of cream corn and a can or chopped green chilies and simply heat until warm and the cheese is melted.
Banana Berry Smoothie - a truly refreshing summer beverage. In your blender, combine 3/4s of a cup of milk, a cup of frozen strawberries, a banana broken into chunks, and eight ounces of strawberry or vanilla yogurt. Blend for 45 seconds. Enjoy.
Mexican Jack Omelet - no more throwing your shoulder out trying to beat up eggs for breakfast. For this delicious omelet, combine 3 eggs, 2 ounces of Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese, a tablespoon of milk or water, and salt and pepper.
