Sirman Mirra 9-inch Slicer: The Sirman Mirra meat slicer is perfect for small and medium commercial operation at a cost of about $500. It's great for cafes, delis, catering jobs, and bars. This electric meat slicer has a one-of-a-kind fan cooled motor that allows longer operation than most other commercial meat slicers. Its self-lubricated bearings create smoother cuts and it also has a built-in aluminum sharpener. It features Plexiglas hand protection, a 1/4 horsepower motor, and up to 1/2-inch thickness control. It's fairly heavy at 40 pounds and has a 9-inch blade.
