Waffle Maker

A waffle maker is a kitchen appliance used to make waffles from prepared batter. The batter is poured into the clamshell mold and heated until baked to perfection. Most waffle makers today have non-stick heated plates and can accommodate one to four waffles. Some waffle makers are designed to produce specific types of waffles such as Belgian waffles, which are thicker and have bigger indentations. Some designs yield square waffles, others round.

Ideal for many situations, waffle makers take up little room in the kitchen and are easy to clean with non-stick cooking surfaces. Temperature controls ensure proper cooking and browning times.
