How to install

Tools required for installation of wall cabinets or wall mounted curio cabinets are:

 

Apencil

 

A leveler

 

Studfinder

 

1-by-3 inch support rail

 

Drill Several 2-inch, or longer, screws

 

After gathering your tools, you can get to work on the installation:

 

1. Decide where on the wall you want to place the wall cabinet, and then draw a level line in pencil at the bottom of each cabinet. You can also pencil in each cabinet's complete outline to verify its proper location.

 

2. Locate the studs with the stud finder, and then line up the support rail's top edge with the line drawn for the bottom of the cabinet. Drive a few screws into rail and wall studs.

 

3. Align bottom edge of cabinet with top edge of support rail.

 

4. Drill pilot holes from the cabinet's back or its support rail into wall studs. Be sure screws penetrate studs at least 1 ½ inches.

 

5. Remove support rail.

 

6. Enjoy your wall cabinets!
